With this package, you’ll get a 1 hour private personal training session either at our private gym in Pasadena or at our satellite location in Glendale, or at your home which must be located within 12 miles of the zip code 91205. Also included is one 30 minute personalized nutrition advice & healthy lifestyle coaching session via phone or facetime, both of these must have appointments made ahead of time, no walk ins allowed. Follow up conversations via text message, email, and during training sessions are also available for additional Q&A, FREE body composition analysis (from our partner, one block from the gym location).
