Hi, I’m Adam from Obese To Beast. I personally lost 200 lbs in my own fitness journey, and it took way less time than you might think, most importantly I did it in a healthy and sustainable way. Ever since I finished my weight loss transformation, I have been helping people change their lives and be the healthiest / happiest versions of themselves. You’re probably reading this because you realize that being obese isn’t the same as wanting to lose a few lbs of stubborn belly-fat. You want help from someone who has experience with this, because being obese makes the dynamic totally different, the workouts can’t be the same, nor the food, and there’s a certain accountability that needs to be there, the first 90 days into the journey are crucial to the success of the entire journey. It’s where you’ll potentially make the biggest impact on your weight loss, improvements on health, and the psychological aspects, boosts in confidence, and knowing that you have what it takes to finish the journey. I didn’t start doing this for a living just to make money, I had a great job, but I was tied to a desk, and after performing what some people look at as a miracle, I realized I could do something to help the world, and I go to work everyday happy. I want to help you not just to lose weight, but to change your life forever. Losing weight isn’t just about the initial transformation, diets don’t work, this about adopting a lifestyle change that will stay with you for the rest of your life. I will teach you how to eat, and live your life in a way that will stay with you forever, and it will be custom suited to your specific tastes / preferences. We all like different things, some of us became obese eating hearty foods, some of us have a sweet tooth, and others maybe volume eaters, or a combination of those. Well, regardless of how you became obese, the first step is realizing there’s a food addiction involved and that going on this weight loss journey doesn’t mean starving yourself, or depriving yourself of tasty food, but all it really takes is modifying the way you eat, how much, and how often. I’m still addicted to food to this day, but I’m happy with the choices I make, and I don’t miss my old foods at all; I want to help you discover these changes as well!

I have a weight loss system that is simply amazing, it’s completely healthy, and it can be customized to your life’s schedule, food preferences, etc, you won’t need to change too much, it’s nothing crazy, or extreme.

You don’t have to be in the Los Angeles area to take advantage of my services, but if you are, the only difference is, in addition to nutrition coaching and meal planning, I can also do personal training at my multiple gym locations, or at your home. If you’re not located in the Los Angeles California area, that’s okay, I help clients change their eating habits through email / skype / facetime / text / phone calls and more. You would just need to find someone to help you with the workouts, but I can still help you on the nutrition and accountability portion completely online and anywhere in the USA.

If you’re reading this page because you want in-person,  private personal training in los angeles county and surrounding neighborhoods, you’ll be glad to know I also offer a fitness concierge service where I will bring workout equipment to your home, nearby park, corporate gym on your lunch break, or any other location of your choosing. You may also travel to one of my gym locations in Pasadena and Glendale. If you live a very busy life, I can buy your food, protein powders, or anything you need related to your fitness and bring it with me during our session with a receipt.
